Refund policy

Refunds/Exchanges/Returns 

- Returns are allowed within 1 day and exchange within 2 days from the date of purchase, the original invoice must be presented and the item should be in the original condition.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@rawmestika.com and provide your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

In case your order is custom made or has any alterations, we have a NO return policy, which means when an item is purchased, it cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded. 

Discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
