Refunds/Exchanges/Returns

You have 1 business day from the date you receive your order to notify us of a return, and 3 business days to request an exchange or any alterations. Please note that custom-produced pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, and promoted or discounted items are final sale.

How to request a return or exchange

• Email us at Info@rawmestika.com with your name, address, order number, and the reason for your return or exchange.

• Items must be tagged, unworn, and undamaged. We may ask you to share a photo for verification.

• Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions for returning your items. Please include your return slip in the package.

• Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days to the original card used for the purchase.
